Paul E. Svensson is a partner with Hodges Walsh Slater, LLP. His primary practice is in the field of land use, environmental, civil rights, labor and general municipal law. He is a well established appellate attorney who has argued before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the First, Second and Third Department in New York.

Mr. Svensson is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.  He is also admitted to the Southern, Eastern and Northern District Courts of New York, the District Court of New Jersey and the District Court of Connecticut, as well as the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Svensson is a graduate of Holy Cross (B.A. 1976) and received a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Pittsburgh (1979). He graduated from Pace University School of Law (2002), where he was an editor of the Pace Environmental Law Review.

He has published articles on wetland protections, civil procedure and privacy rights.
