George S. Hodges presented a program on Katrina’s Aftermath: How Mother Nature Is Shaping the Field of Insurance Law at the Annual Meeting of the New York State Bar Association in New York City in January, 2009. The program was directed to the Young Lawyer’s Section as part of the “Bridge-The-Gap CLE Program”.

Partners Paul Svensson and John Walsh recently published an Article on Police Confidential: Access to Law Enforcement Files in New York Federal Court Actions in The Joan Fullam Irick Privacy Project – Phase III, published by and available from the International Association of Defense Counsel (www.iadclaw.org). George Hodges served as Editor in Chief of the publication, repeating his role from Phases I and II of The Privacy Project.
